``WARAYAKI funsista'' is a new famous store in Gotanda that will open in December 2023 and is still freshly opened. ``funsista'' is a coined word that combines the English words funky = (unconventional, original) and fantasista = (outstanding). It's a wonderful and original store name. I think many people have a strong image of bonito when they think of straw-grilled, but it seems like more and more people are now using it as one of the main dishes in high-end French cuisine and Italian Cuisine cuisine. Straw-grilling is a cooking method that allows you to enjoy the aroma of the food by searing the surface of the food rather than setting it on fire, and the live scene of straw-grilling cooking is a very beautiful sight to see. There is a wide variety of drinks that go well with straw grilling, from beer to sake, shochu, wine, and sweet fruit-based cocktails, so there are many ways to enjoy them.
