鮮魚のカルパッチョは厚みがありリーフの下まで
お刺身だったので見た目以上のボリューム
◎ポテトサラダはイカ墨を使用したいて旨みの詰まったシーフードのポテサラで斬新
◎シラスとネギのアンチョビ冷奴、これ美味しかった〜！
カリカリ食感にしたシラスとアンチョビの風味にピリ辛のソースが最高！苦手だった豆腐がこんなに美味しく食べられるなんて冷奴の最高峰
レバーパテはサクッと焼き上げたフォカッチャと濃厚で柔らかめのレバーペーストが滑らかに口の中でとろける
ホタテの炭火焼きと有頭エビは素材の美味しさが感じられそのままでも十分美味しいのだが、特製ソースが絶品
和牛トウガラシは赤身肉の食感と和牛の旨みがギュッとつまったジューシーな味わい
アヒージョは間違いない美味しさ！
貝の旨味にとろけるカマンベールは最高
サラミとフルーツのサラダはいちごやブルーベリーなどのベリー系のフルーツに酸味のあるドレッシングがサッパリとしていてがサラミとの相性抜群
◎パエリアは日本でよく口にするパリパリ系ではなく本場のしっとり系！本場のパエリア好きな方はオーダー必須
◎リゾットは海老の旨みとクリーミーなコクがとにかく私好みだったので個人的には優勝♡
ペスカトーレは名前の通り魚介たっぷり惜しみなく使用したパスタで満足度高い
パフェはどちらも甲乙つけがたいが個人的には
チョコレートの方がすきかな
上に乗ったロールケーキはふわふわで下の部分がコーンフレークやスポンジでなくて砕いたクレープクッキーなところが特に良かった
