以前からチェックしていた大崎にあるタカサゴマル。広島のお好み焼きが食べれるお店です。本店は、広島にあるのですが、「タカサゴマル」で食べログ内を検索してもヒットしません。「TAKASAGOMARU」で検索しないとヒットしないのは、食べログのサイコパス（←現在はヒットするようになりました）。
時間を外して13時以降に訪問したので、店内は空いています。何を頼もうかと思ったけど、お好み焼き屋さんなので、お好み焼きしかなく、あれこれ考えるのも面倒なので1100円のスペシャル（そば）を注文。おかわり自由のスープとサラダを食べながら焼き上がるのを待ちます。
それほど待たずにお好み登場。お好み焼きは「お好み」と省略するのが、広島県人らしさなのかどうかは不明。
見た目、結構大きいお好み焼きは、食べてみるとかなりの美味しさ。そばカリカリに焼かれているのがいい。八昌のお好み焼きを思わせる美味しさです。うーん、これは美味しい。絶対、また食べにきたいと心に誓う。スペシャルだけあって、豚肉だけでなく、イカとかタコとかも入っていました。
ただ、残念なこともなくはないわけで、それはお皿で提供されたこと。本場の広島でも、お皿で提供するお店はあるのですが、やっぱり鉄板の上で食べたかった。箸だとお好みは食べにくい。コテで食べてこそのお好みです。そこだけが、ちょっと残念でした。
