ホエー豚のバロティーヌ
こちらのカトラリーがおしゃれだなと思って、ちょっと調べちゃいました
この小さめの形状で有名なのはポルトガルのクチポール
先日、高島屋にも似たデザインのカトラリーを見つけたのですが、それは燕三条産
こちらのお店のも似た形状で中国製かな
スプーン、フォークはいい感じですが、ナイフが小さいので肉を切りにくいのが難点です
今日のホエー豚のバロティーヌは、じゃがいもの豚肉包みで、切りやすいナイフが必要なのでしょうね、
ライヨールのステーキナイフが提供されました
これは使いやすいです
ライヨールはソムリエナイフが有名かと思うけど、
カトラリーはどこで売ってるかな？

改装後、初訪問
早く行かないと入れないかと思い、11:25頃に並びましたが、開店まで誰も並ばないという状況w
２階に上がらせてもらいましたが、素敵な雰囲気のお店ですよ、広いし
3種類のメニューのうち、Aの鳥肉料理を注文しました
メニューはオムライス以外は2週間で変わるそう
今日は鳥もも肉のブレゼ トマトクリームソース
ソースにちょっとの酸味が効いていて、ボリュームがあるけどパクパク食べれます
コーヒーは時間がかかりますと説明されるけど、５分ぐらいはすぐですよ
これも酸味の効いたコスタリカでした
満足、満腹w
