燻製豚肩肉のアルザス煮込
東京大崎にあるビストロヤギショウテンさんに再訪
ランチをいただいた、3択のランチは鶏肉、豚肉、オムライスの選択だ。
ビストロなだけに仕事をした煮込み料理だったりカツだったり、オムライスは定番のようだが残りの2つは定期的に変わるらしい
今日は燻製豚肩肉のアルザス風煮込をオーダー
ポトフのような煮込み料理でホロホロと崩れてしまうほど柔らかく煮込まれている、マスタードが添えられ洋風おでんの様な美味しい料理だった。
サラダもついているのでバランスも良く1300円はお得かなと思う
鶏ももマスタードソース
東京大崎にあるビストロ八木商店さんに行ってきた、お店貼りにあるオープンしたばかりでとてもきれいです
ランチは豚肉メイン、鶏肉メイン、オムライスとコースがありました。
鶏モモ肉マスタードソースをオーダー
ホロホロに煮込まれた鶏モモ肉にクリーミーな、マスタードソースがかかっている、ボリュームもありとても美味しい
サラダもたっぷりで小さなパンが一切れ付いている、多分十分満腹になるのだけれどパンをもっと食べたくなりおかわりした。有料だったけど
料理はこだわりを感じるレベル高い美味しい料理でした！
