大崎百反通り沿いにあるビストロ。場所的には「六厘舎 大崎店」のすぐ近くです。レビューをみるとなかなか評判が良いのでランチ訪問してみました。11時30分開店直前に５名の行列ができましたが、難なく入店できました。予約がない旨伝えると「1時間のお席になりますがよろしいですか」と確認があります。
カウンター席に案内されました。2階にもカウンターやテーブル席があるみたいです。
本日のランチメニューは、
A. ローストチキン～バルサミコソース
B. 豚肉のテット・ド・コション風～グリビッシュソース
C. 半熟卵のオムライス～ビーフシチューソース
の3択で、ALL1200円。
B.の豚肉をチョイスしてみました。
オープンキッチンのカウンターからは、厨房でテキパキ働く3人の若い店員さんが見えます。大きなフライパンで小麦粉をつけた豚肉が焼かれ、料理が完成。
ワンプレートです。半分はレタスのサラダ、そして豚肉、ジャガイモ。こんがりと揚げ焼された豚肉は、ホロホロと崩れますが、赤身なので繊維が意外と歯応えあります。コンビーフのような味付けになっていて、わりとあっさりとした味わい。
もともとテットデコションは、テットは頭、コションは豚の意で、柔らかく煮た豚の頭の肉を塩漬けにしてカリカリに焼き上げた料理。これは”風”なので、普通の赤身肉を焼いているのかもしれません。
グリビッシュソースはタルタルのような酸味の強いソース。マスタードやピクルスでパンチが加えられており、あっさり豚肉につけて食べると美味しい。ローストしたジャガイモ、キャロットラペ、大根の酢漬けなどサイドもいいですね。
パンはハ－ド系の小さなパンが一切れなので、おなかを空かせた男子には全然物足りないでしょう。美味しいには美味しいんだけど、豚肉のボリュームもないし、がっつりランチしたい人にはお上品すぎるだろうな。
ちょっと期待値を上げ過ぎましたかね。新橋あたりの激戦区のビストロに比べると、かなり費用対効果は劣ります。お洒落女子を連れて爽やかランチにどうぞ。
