大崎駅から少し離れた所に小さいがかなり個性のあるフランス料理を食べさせてくれるお店がある。
予約しないとまず入れない程隠れた名店だ。
3週間前に予約をしてから、本日の訪問。
今日も予約だけで満席だった。
店内はシンプルだが、礼儀正しい接客とカウンターの中で一品一品作り続ける芸術家の息吹を感じられる造りだ。
ランチのローストチキンと半熟卵のオムライスを注文。
ローストチキンはしっとりと焼き上げ、ほんのり甘い肉汁と爽やかなサワークリームソースがあまり見かけない味を感じさせてくれる。
添えてある新鮮度満載の野菜と酢漬けの大根とにんじん、ポテトフライがいろんな世界を見せてくれるのだ。
オムライスは硬くもなく柔らか過ぎない、まさに半熟の卵とグレービーソースがトマトケチャプでは味わえない風を運んでくる。
これだけの作品が1200円で頂けるのだから、予約は致し方ない。
