大崎駅からほぼ直結の大崎ニューシティー2Fにある海鮮居酒屋「ヒカリ屋」さんは
朝獲れ鮮魚とお米にこだわった釜めしが自慢のお店です。
仕事で寄った久しぶりの大崎は街並みが様変わりしていてびっくり！
飲食店も上質なお店が多いと感じました。
というのもここ、ヒカリ屋さんのクオリティが素晴らしかったです。
先ずはモルツで乾杯。
さっくさくに揚がった明日葉の天ぷらがビールと美味しい！
塩で食べる天ぷらって粋ですよね。
マグロといくらのかきっしょはオリジナル牡蠣醤油が決め手の逸品。
牡蠣醤油に漬けたいくらをマグロで巻いて贅沢に。
ワインはチリの辛口ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン
ロス・ヴァスコスを。鮮魚にはやっぱりすっきりとした白ワインが合いますね。
コリアンダーサラダはあえてパクチーをコリアンダーと英名で呼ぶのかが不明ですが
ちゃんとライムが添えてあり、普通に美味しいエスニックサラダでした。
こちらもワインと好相性！
刺身のおまかせ5点盛は直送の朝獲れ鮮魚をふんだんに盛り込んだひと皿です。
とろける鮪にしっかりと歯応えのあるカンパチ、真鯵、カマス、真鯛。
2本目はトラべシア・シャルドネをチョイスしてみました。
みずみずしいチリのシャルドネです。
和牛のたたきはなんとこれで890円というコスパの良さですよ？
お魚だけじゃなく、お肉も美味しいって事件です。
最後はこれもまた絶品の牡蠣醤油の焼きおにイクラで〆ました。
まだまだ気になるメニューはたくさん！
次回こそ自慢の釜めしをいただきに再訪したいと思います。
