「葉隠」というと佐賀鍋島藩の武士のハウツー本であるが…此方の「はがくれ」武士道とは無縁のお母さんの温かい接客が印象的。
お通しはほたるイカ、オーダーは三人で
馬のレバ刺し、ミノ焼き、茄子の油焼きというメニューに惹かれオーダー。串はカシラ、タン、レバー、白をオーダー。「はがくれ」という九州縁の屋号の店には豊富な芋焼酎がズラリ。紅椿、妻、海、なかむら、六代目百合、ひとり歩き、八幡、千本桜、明るい農村。
実家のように居心地の良い雰囲気に美味い焼酎に肴。美味しく頂きました。ご馳走さまでした。
