We have been working on repairing the expansion of the store since February 2024. We are currently installing a wall in the existing building and operating as usual. 赤い革張りの椅子が、本場のビストロを彷彿とさせるお店です。
お客さんはどのテーブルも家族連れ。
地元の人たちに愛されているのを感じました。
・アミューズ
一口サイズのパン2種。
フォカッチャにはベーコンと玉ねぎ、チーズがのっています。
薄くスライスしたバゲットには豚のリエットが。
どちらも美味しい。
・前菜
太刀魚のフリットに、ナスのマリネが添えられて。
衣は薄くサクッと、太刀魚は脂がほどよく、一口頬張ると、旨みがジュワッとあふれ出します。
トマトベースのソースもピッタリで、感動の味。
ナスもめちゃくちゃ旨かった。
くたっとした食感に、まろやかなソースが素晴らしく合う。
・スープ
トウモロコシのポタージュ。
季節感があって嬉しい。
濃厚すぎずサラッとすぎず、ほどよいクリーミーさ。
・メイン（魚）
非常に珍しい魚だったのですが、名前がとても長くて失念…
（最後に「タイ」って付いたと思います）
上にはつるむらさきがアクセントに。
こちらがもう、今日イチ美味しかった！
皮はパリッと身はジューシー、皮と身の間の脂が甘くて旨い。
そして、こちらもソースがとてつもなく美味しいのです。
パンですくって１滴も余さず食べました。
・メイン（肉）
鴨のロースト。
身も脂もほどよい甘さで、そこにキノコとネクタリンが驚くほど合う。
特にネクタリンは、甘みだけでなく酸味もあって、鴨の風味が一変するほど。
素晴らしい組み合わせだと思いました。
・デザート
ピーチメルバ。
生地の上に桃、アイスクリーム、生クリーム、焼き菓子やラズベリー、アーモンドスライスがのって、パフェのような豪華さ。
ラズベリーソースがかかって、本格的なピーチメルバです。
コンポートされた桃は固め。
その歯ごたえが逆に美味しい。
どのお皿も非常に美味しく、ポーションもちょうどよくて、最後まで美味しくいただけました。
お店の雰囲気も素敵で、本場のビストロにいるような居心地の良さ。
接客もとても丁寧で、心地良い時間を過ごせます。
とってもオススメのお店です。
