We have been working on repairing the expansion of the store since February 2024. We are currently installing a wall in the existing building and operating as usual. 2020年11月の昼です.
休日ランチで祐天寺に出てきました. ちょっと前にレカマヤジフでランチした帰り道に見つけたビストロ目当てです.
なかなか良さそうな店構えだったので気になっていましたが、ランチは土日のみということで休日を待っていました. HPから予約可能でしたので一応席のみ押さえておきました.
お店は駅からワンブロック隣. 内部はちょっと狭目ですがカウンター4席くらいとテーブル席がいくつか. テーブル間隔も狭すぎず広すぎずのちょうどいい距離感です. これくらいの大きさなら家族・友人と出かけて楽しく飲むのに適しているのでは.
コースは3種類ですがこの日は前菜・主菜・デザート構成の一番下のコース「Bis」をお願いしました.
◇Bis（税抜3800円）＋オーガニックレモネード
・アミューズ
イカ墨のグジェールとタルトフランベ. タルトフランベはフロマージュブランにベーコン、玉ねぎ. タルトフランベは王道の具ですがさっくりしていて美味しい.
・前菜
秋刀魚の瞬間スモークマリネ 焼き茄子のミルフィーユ
きれいに成型されたミルフィーユです. ナイフを入れる前からスモークの芳香が薫ってきます. 爽やかな酸味に秋刀魚の脂がとろけて茄子と相性抜群. ソースは秋刀魚の肝と上には西洋わさびのクリーム.
・メイン
漢方三元豚のプティサレ（豚バラのコンフィとレンズ豆のラグー ポムピュレ）
コンフィされたプティサレは外目カリッとしていて豚の脂がトロッとしていていうことなし. この料理の醍醐味ですね. 付け合わせのレンズ豆も定番ですが柔らかく豚とのいいコンビネーションです.
・デザート
巨峰ゼリーとババロア
一番簡単なコースを頼みましたがメインは骨のあるビストロ料理で満足度高かったです ワインとか飲んだら楽しく過ごせそう. 夜はアラカルトもできるんだっけ.
ご夫婦2人でやっていらっしゃるようなので入店のタイミングによっては料理出しのペースが遅くなりそうですがこぢんまりしたお店なのでのんびり飲める仲間と行くのが良さそうです.
