We have been working on repairing the expansion of the store since February 2024. We are currently installing a wall in the existing building and operating as usual. 12月頭くらいに予約。
当日は満席だった。
店内は広くないが、良い意味でカジュアルさがあり、入り易さ、気を張らない居心地の良さがある。
コースはかなりボリューミー。
最後はだいぶ苦しかった、、、
●セイコ蟹（ずかい蟹メス）のカクテル、カリフラワーのムース、蟹のコンソメジュレ
見た目にも美味しい。
カリフラワーはそこまでしっかり味はせず、
カニの香りがブワッと広がる一品。
美味しい。
本日の中で3番目。
●豚足とフランス産キノコ、里芋（炊山、市川農固） パートブリック包みレンス豆のソース
豚足のゼラチン感にキノコの香りが際立つ。
春巻きのような食感
ソースが美味しい
●藁で炙った寒サワラのマリネ、京菜花と山椒ソース、香味ハープをあしらって
燻製のような香ばしい香り。
少し臭みを感じたので、これは△
●三陸産 エゾ鮑とホタテ貝のパイ包み焼き、その肝のバターソース
鮑はそのまま、帆立はマッシュされて周りに、
ほうれん草がそれを包む。
パリッと感に、鮑の味歯応えがいい。
生ほどコリコリ感はなく、柔らかい。
今日2のメニュー。
●小布施栗のブルーテ（ポタージュ）
今日イチは、これ。
いくらでも飲みたくなる、栗の深い味。
コクがあり、旨みにパンチがある。
パンにも合う。
●平目のグラタン、ノルマンディー風
連れはこれが今日イチだったとのこと。
確かに美味しい。
周りはチーズ風味のソース用になっている。
一般的なグラタンのようにチーズが伸びたりしないが、
しっかりグラタン。
が、少し多いかな。
●宮城栗駒産 漢方和牛サーロイン、縮緬キャベツ、フランス産黒トリュフ
柔らかくも肉肉しい歯応えもあり、美味しい。
キャベツがパリパリに仕上がっていていて、
味変のアクセントに。
美味しいが、この時点で満腹で２-3割減で食べた気がする。。
勿体無い。。
●イチゴのパシュラン
（苺、マスカルポーネ、フランボワーズ、ヨーグルト、メレンゲ、マンゴー、ピスタチオ）
甘酸っぱいデザート。
パリパリメレンゲと、ピスタチオがアクセント
●紅茶とお茶菓子
締め。
だが、ここまで来るとお腹が。。。
●ドリンク
ペアリングもあったが、ビールを飲みたく、アラカルトに。
ワインは、普段メニュー以外にグラスで3種類ずつ白赤があった。
シャンパンやロゼもあり。
何に合うかなどの説明もしっかりあり、選びやすい

クリスマスだと少し割高感。
普段方がいいかも？
席の間隔近めだが、たまたまお隣が少し騒がし目だったので、ついてなかった。。
普段も来てみたい
