We have been working on repairing the expansion of the store since February 2024. We are currently installing a wall in the existing building and operating as usual. The space has become a little cramped, and we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause our customers. We hope to return to the original shape around the end of May. Thank you for your patience. |

A house in a residential area about 5-6 minutes on foot from Yutenji Station French cuisine "Clementine Bis". Although not actively appearing in the media, Bistro is a firm favorite in the French culinary community. This is amazing, completely French Bistro itself. The tables and sofas, the shelves, the blackboards, and the tiles are all reminiscent of the French spirit. Chef Eiji Yamagishi traveled to France after working at a hotel Restaurants. In addition to spending three years in Burgundy, he also honed his skills in Luxembourg. After returning to Japan, he took care of several Restaurants kitchens before opening our restaurant in 2002. Wine is modestly priced compared to downtown Restaurants, but it may be a little more expensive in the Bistro of residential areas. We switched from one bubble to red wine, but there were quite a few people drinking beer and juice. Waffles with a Gorgonzola flavor from Amuse, chicken liver and chicken liver, La France. The sake proceeds with a rich taste from the beginning. Striped mackerel as an appetizer. It is a powerful individual with a plump texture and is really fresh. The earthy sweetness of the cauliflower is accented with a Bundan accent, and I like this dish very much. Poached eggs with andives and persimmon salad, toasted porcini mushrooms. The name alone makes it a simple dish, but the flavor is deep, and all of them are delicious. Whole-wheat bread has a simple yet powerful flavor, and it is a fine feast on its own when you wipe the sauce on the dish. Butternut pumpkin pottage. It does not have the sticky sweetness of so-called pumpkin, and has a rich but beautiful taste. The fish dish is red grouper. It is a white fish with a mild taste, but it is just right to eat with crustacean sauce. The maitake mushroom frites are also modulated, and the taste is polite. The main one is the kainomi. Needless to say, it is a rare part, and there are not many opportunities to eat it at French restaurants. This is delicious. There was a good balance of lean and fatty meat, and I was able to enjoy the strength and juiciness of the meat at the same time. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) It's much better than eating at a restaurant. On a different note, I don't think Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is cooking when you're leaving the cooking to the customer. I'm sorry to say this out of the blue. Dessert is chestnut tart soufflé. The crunchy sweetness of the chestnuts and the deep warmth of the soufflé go well together. In addition, the flavor of rosemary could be felt from the ice cream that was served, and it was a tasteful finish. The tea after the meal also comes with matcha macarons, and the passion fruit cream is really stylish. It was a feast. The above course meal is about 15,000 yen, and the bill is a little over 20,000 yen per person after drinking a decent amount of wine. It's expensive for a Bistro in a residential area outside the city center, but it's well worth it, and it's reasonable to be able to enjoy classic French cuisine made with high-quality ingredients for this price. The guests were mainly decent couples, and it was a restaurant where you could enjoy a meal and conversation calmly, without the sloppiness of Minato Ward. ■Click here for the blog with photos→ [a:https://www.takemachelin.com/2023/11/clementine.html]
