あの名店の大将も修行したお店。
珍しく中目黒に来たので、あ！っと思い出して並ぶことに。
1時間弱で入店。焼き場を中心にコの字カウンターに目一杯の席数は鳥よしの特徴でしょう。
おまかせのストップ制にしまして
トップバッターはかしわとつくねのタレが2本同時。
蓮根や長芋根菜類はホクホクねっとりしていておいしい。
ポーションが大きいのはここがルーツなのか、どれも食べ応えがありいつも15本+〆が平均なのだが、ここでは10本目くらいでお腹がいっぱいに。
ストップかけてからも3本は待機してるので言うタイミングが重要だ。それでも16本完食。
焼鳥も高級志向になり予約困難なお店が増えるなか
こうして並んだら食べれる、お会計は大衆系だが値段以上のものを提供してくれるお店は知っておきたい。
おまかせでも食べたいもだけでも注文できるのもいい。
