*全国への発送やってます。
蛇崩.伊勢脇(昔の地名)通りと言う歴史のある道と、東横線に平行してる道の交差点にある古いケーキ屋さん。
2代目のパティシエ亭主さんで38年目になるそう！
中目黒まで歩いて来る通りに有るので寄ります。
夕刻はケーキ類は売り切れが多いですが、好物のチーズ系の【チーズスフレ/350円】【チーズタルト/350円】【パンプキンプリン/380円】(全て税別)を購入。
帰る迄に時間がある旨を伝えるとドライアイスを3個も入れてくれました。
お店の佇まい、店主さんの雰囲気、定番中心のケーキと言い時代が戻った感じで、とてもノスタルジィ的です(*´∀｀)
冷蔵庫で寝かせて翌日食しましたが[さっぱりとした焼きチーズケーキ]と言うチーズスフレはフワフワな口どけが良く下にスポンジの層が食感変化あり楽しめ、
[こってりとしたタイプのチーズケーキ]と言うチーズタルトは濃厚チーズケーキも去ることながらタルト生地もサクッと美味しい。
パンプキンプリンは生クリームは固めにしっかりした物で、濃いパンプキンプリンの下にはタップリのカラメルが！かなり甘党でも満足ですね^^
シンプルかつ懐かしい感じのケーキ達でした♪ごちそうさまでした(__)
