肉は2人なら3種以上は食べられると、
青首、鹿、ジャージー牛、を注文。
『3600〜』この感じの表記で1種類1万円
前菜は、全種類味は普通。
熟成2ヶ月と言った、
『鹿』は全然熟成しておらず、
火入れ強すぎて外側分厚くボソボソ塩強い。
ジャジー牛は塩強い。
スペシャリテだとおっしゃる青首鴨は、
火が入りすぎ美味くはなく塩強い。
鴨最後なの？となる。
提供スピードは遅い。
ジャージー牛と鴨、の間があまりにもあくので、
追加のチーズ

モンドールを丸々1個！
