場所が分かりにくくて入り口が狭いお店です
お店の真ん中に囲炉裏が鎮座
鯖の浜焼きはまるごと一匹を遠火で焼き上げる
あぶらがのってうまみがじゅわわ〜〜
こりゃたまらん
刺身の盛り合わせは熟成した魚のうまみがすごい
醤油は2種類ありこれまた刺身にあう
香ばしく炙ったなめろうを海苔でまき卵黄をつける
漬物の食感と塩味があいまってこりゃおいしい
鰹の藁焼きのパフォーマンスは圧巻
ついつい藁焼きも注文
ベーコン、からすみ蕎麦、つくねピーマンなど
いずれもおいしい料理です
そして店員さんが元気いっぱい！
