本日訪問したのは中目黒 グリル。中目黒の商店街の一角に構えるビストロ料理店です。
中目黒グリルは、100種類以上のワインを楽しめる「肉ビストロ」。流通量の少ない貴重な“吊るし熟成短角牛”をはじめ、素材の旨味をじっくり引き出すダッチオーブン(鉄鍋)や炭火で焼き上げた自慢の料理を提供してくださいます。
店内はウッド調の細長い店内でカウンター・テーブル共に十分なスペース確保が出来ており、居心地的には文句無しです。また今回カウンターに着席し、厨房もアットホームな雰囲気があります。
今回は2500円のトリュフ・フォアグラを使ったハンバーグをオーダー。
