The chef has experience in Italian, Scandinavian, and French cuisine, and is not bound by the framework of French cuisine, and can provide French cuisine dishes that fuse a variety of techniques and cooking methods. (From the store's website) Shop: It will be on the first floor facing the Meguro River of the Atlas Tower, which towers over Nakameguro. Even though it is on the first floor, there are many restaurants, so please look for "along the river". When you enter the restaurant, there are counter seats facing the kitchen on the left, table seats on the right, and sofa box seats in the back. The counter seats were deep and spacious. Food: I received a special lunch of 5500 yen (tax included). It is a double main of fish and meat. The appetizer, Bavarois, is Scandinavian-style. It is gorgeous with lobster consommé julee and caviar. What is interesting is that there was an echo doll of Princess Mononoke on a plate with a base decorated with pebbles and flowers in the Scandinavian style. That song came to mind with this doll (mono ~ ke ~ tatsu ~ only ~♪) The image of a majestic forest spread. Even when it comes to cooking, this kind of production is also important. The fish plate is Italian Cuisine. The red snapper degrele had short pasta in it. The plate of meat is French cuisine. Pork stewed in beer for 5 hours is a Flemish carbonado near the Belgian border.
