久しぶりの昼飲み♡
飲むと食べられない、食べると飲めないと言う
悲しい体質の私……
でも連れの2人が、料理はまかせて！！
と言うのでコースで予約。
前菜はトマトのアイス和風出汁ジュレ掛け
トマトのアイス⁈シャーベットじゃなくて？
まぁどっちでもいいけど、小さく切った野菜と
優しいジュレが身体に染みる感じ♡
旨し！！！
能登産魚介のカルパッチョ
タコ柔らか〜で、炙ったスズキがしっとり
バジルソースも爽やかでgoodです。
フリット…「よしな」の様な山菜？に包まれた
リゾット。食べたかんじはライスコロッケみたいな
感覚でトロ〜り美味しい。
水茄子とプロシュート、セミドライトマト
パルミジャーノ掛け。
水茄子の瑞々しさはあまりないけど、
おろしたてのチーズはなかなか旨い。
カラスミのパスタ
カラスミがパサパサしてなくて美味しい♡
パウダーとして売られているのとは違うね)^o^(
アグー豚と万願寺とうがらし、茄子のソテー
豚は所詮豚…硬いわ
デザートは知らないうちに到着して、知らないうちに
なくなってたので(汗)
感想はなし。
魚介類の扱いはとても秀逸で、味も軽くて
爽やかでした
ただ、ネット予約では人数の横に（お子様何名）
の表記あったのに、子供がぐずると
嫌な顔される。
それなら「乳幼児入店不可」にすればいいのに
子供連れには不向き。
でもお料理はとても美味しかった♪
