12月までいただける「上海蟹コース」（10,000円）をいただきました。
一品一品が本当に美味しかった！
コースの最初は「からすみの中華粥」
熱くてとろとろのお粥が胃に落ちていく心地よさ。
からすみの上品な塩気がまたいいんだなぁ。
こちらのスペシャリテ
「小さな前菜の盛り合わせ」なんと15種です！
説明もしていただいたのですが、、、覚えきれない(*_*)
帆立やタコ、牡蠣、海老、大好きなシーフード系が特に美味しかった～
こういう一口のラインナップって好きなんです。
どれも白ワインに合う素敵な前菜プレートでした。
「上海蟹味噌の茶わん蒸しスープ」
これはホント美味しい！ぞれしか言葉がでなかった一品です。
温かくて優しい味。
「三元豚バラ肉の黒酢と赤ワイン煮込み」
このお皿だけみたら、ほんとフレンチのお店みたい。
お肉が柔らかくって、黒酢の甘みとの相性が◎
そして、来ました!!
キレイに盛り付けられた「上海蟹の姿蒸し甲羅詰め」
蟹身はしっとりした甘み。
うんうん、美味しい!!
毎年いただく香箱蟹とはまた違った味わい。
期待を裏切らない美味しさでした!(^^)!
次のこちらもめちゃウマでした!!
「フカヒレの上海煮込み 生姜ご飯」
フカヒレがた～っぷり～(^^)/
味付けも濃すぎずいい塩梅。
中の生姜ご飯との相性がすごくよかった。
デザートは盛り合わせ。
杏仁豆腐、マスカルポーネとラムレーズンのアイス、
リンゴ、洋ナシ、ブルーベリーなど入ったフルーツのクラフティ。
お料理でお腹パンパンになりつつ、どれも美味しくて
きれいに頂きました！
お店はゆっくり食事ができる雰囲気。
お料理はどれも素材の良さを感じましたし、丁寧に作られてるのが
分かるものでした。
1年の最後に美味しいものがいただけてシアワセ♪
