ロケーションも目黒川沿いだし、手頃そうな値段で評価もまずまずとあって、知り合いの社長さんと3名でカジュアルな飲みをセッティングしました。
当日は空席が目立つ感じだったけど、かなり前から予約したのに入り口すぐの場所を用意されていてまず少し気分が良くなかった。予約入れるなら二階のテーブル席だろ、普通は。
頼んだのは、鯖のコンフィ、シーザーサラダ、ポークソテー、ニョッキ、トウモロコシのかき揚げ、フライドポテトだったかな？味はどれも美味しかったよ。
ボトルを頼んで三人で飲んでましたところ、謝ってグラスのワインを溢す。シャツが赤ワイン染めに。
気の利いたところだとこういう時にグラスワインを代わりに差し入れて、粗相して凹んでいる人の気持ちにお店の良心をさりげなくアピールし「なんて優しいんだ」となるところ。が、期待はずれ。サービスはそこまで磨かれていなかった。
ワインをこぼした時は、ロイヤルカスタマー化のチャンスなのでお店の人、覚えておくように。
