かつてあった
敬愛する小林幸司シェフの「ノスタルジーカ」

の跡地に越してきたトラットリア。
以前は同じ山手通り沿いの
中目黒と池尻大橋の中間辺りにあったようだ。
12時前に行って、
すりガラスの引き戸を開けると、
店内は客で一杯。
かろうじてカウンター席が1席空いていたので
すぐに入れた。
平日パスタランチにして、
「鶏肉のミートソースと揚げ茄子のトマトソーススパゲッティ」（1,100円）
でお願い。
男性シェフと女性2人の3人オペ。
客とのやり取りを聞いていると、
どうやらここにいる客すべてが常連さんのようだ。
帰りに支払した時に聞くと、確かに常連率が高いという返事。
フォカッチャとサラダが出される。
フォカッチャは正統派の油とハーブ。
サラダはレタス、キャロットラペ、フリッタータ、
軽くビネガーがかかる。
全体的にさっぱりとした味わい。
予想よりも早くパスタの皿が出される。
パスタの量は多くはない。
鶏ひき肉、揚げ茄子、バジル、
パスタはトマトソースで和えられ、
上にチーズがかかる。
パスタは割と茹でた感じ。
ガーリックなどは感じず、
穏やかな味わいのトマトソース、
悪くはない。
個人的にはチーズは無しで、
トマトソースがもっと酸味が強いのが好み。
カウンター席だと、
ホールでの客とのやり取りも
キッチンの中でのやり取りも聞こえてくる。
女子スタッフ二人は健気に動いて気持ちがいい。
シェフはこの日はジキルとハイドのようなので、
スッと立ち、
1,100円払ってご馳走様。
