予約がいつも一杯のお店です。
よだれ鶏が名物なので写真にはよだれ鶏が沢山出てますね！
この日は開店の18時に予約をして訪問。
まだ他のお客様はいませんでした。

・クラゲの冷菜
（味付けはちょっと甘め、クラゲは歯応えも抜群で◎）
・よだれ鶏
（辛味は少ないけどバランス良くとても美味しい）
・上海蟹の小籠包
（ふんわりよりはしっかりの皮とあん、肉汁はきちんとあり）
・イカの青紫蘇炒め
（紫蘇がしっかり香り上品な味付け）
・カリフラワーの焦がしニンニク醤油炒め
（土鍋でしっかりとした味付け、かなり美味しい！これが1番好みかも）
お酒は最初はグラス赤ワインで、次からは紹興酒を。
10年ものの3種飲み比べがあったのが嬉しい！

日本酒はメニューにありませんでした。
一軒家の素敵な空間で本格中華がいただけるのに
価格は千円台のお料理も多くコスパも良いです！
