今日は中目黒の天ぷらにお誘いされて・・商店街を抜けて着いてみると、おにかいさんの1階
古民家を改装して1Fが「天婦羅 みやしろ」2Fが「おにかい」という、外観から解らないグルメビル
宮代直亮氏をメインに若手数名が脇を固め、2Fとは違った奥の広いレイアウトのカウンター席へ

非常に盛り沢山の日本料理で技術的にも内容的にも満足度の高いコースでした。
作付けお造りから始まり、車海老から始まった天麩羅にはスペシャリテの海苔巻きが
間に鮑しゃぶしゃぶや鴨に蕎麦、更に想定外のトマトの炊き込みまで登場します！
時期に依りますが、ただ今は春の山菜が盛り沢山で・・普段より更に胃にもたれない天麩羅
外には小さな表札の郵便受けしか無い”何だココは！”と思わせといて充実した内容でした。
最後に、若いお弟子さんが水曜のランチ天麩羅を始めるとの事で予約のLineやinstaを交換しました。
何と！水曜のランチコース、3300円との事です。
