The special courses such as tempura are abundant and highly satisfying. I felt that I would want to visit again and again because the best materials are used depending on the season. Tempura is served with homemade soup and homemade salt. The homemade salt has an impressive sweet taste made from dried shiitake mushrooms, kelp, and three-hot sugar. It is a healthy tempura full of vitamin E, which is a blend of white sesame oil and rice oil in equal amounts, so it is gentle on the body and gives the impression of both men and women of all ages.
