中目黒銀座商店街の中にあり程よい喧騒から離れた場所にあります。
築100年で昔の長屋とトタンで囲まれた古民家の1階にあるミシュランの天婦羅屋さん
お世辞にも綺麗な外観とは言えないけど中に入ると素敵な空間が広がりこのかけ離れた感じが落ち着きます。
Ｌ字カウンター8席のみ
2部制になっていてこの日は18時の回に予約してインバウンドのお客様5名と一斉スタートです。
ディナータイムは

天婦羅と一品料理が交互に出てきてとにかく品数とボリュームがありました。

店主の天婦羅を揚げる姿がマジかで見える特等席！！！

しゃぶしゃぶの出汁はアワビの肝と関西の白味噌
サッとしゃぶしゃぶするとコリコリ食感が楽しめ
良くしゃぶすると柔らくなり2度楽しめる！！！
最後に天婦羅にしたおむすびを入れてリゾットにして
追加で雲丹を投入してくれます。
雲丹は火が通るとコクが更にでて旨味濃厚な味わいでした。

絶妙な火入れ加減！！！さすがミシュラン

白身なのでてんつゆが合いました。
サックリとむっちり～。

太刀魚の塩焼き
ほろほろとほぐれるような食感とジュワっと滲み出る脂がたまらない～。
・茨城産 ハマグリ
一つはそのままもう一つは海苔を巻いて～。
初めて食べたハマグリの天婦羅はフレッシュ
・太刀魚天婦羅
お腹はお塩で
背中はてんつゆ
同じ魚でも部位が違うだけで味わいも違う～。
お腹側がジューシーでした。
食べ比べができるのも楽しい！！！
・カラスミ蕎麦
自家製のカラスミは目の前で削ってくれます。
塩分控えめでとってもソフト
ソバはコシもあって水みずしい～。
食べ終わった後に口の中に残る蕎麦とカラスミの風味がたまりません～。
・栃木産 椎茸
肉厚で風味豊か
・シャトーブリアンの湯葉くるみ揚げ
まずは2粒胡椒をかみくだいて岩塩をお肉につけて
食べるとピリっとした辛味ときめ細やかで柔らかな
赤身を堪能できます。

本鮪と雲丹とキャビア乗せ～。
こんな贅沢な食材3種の組み合わせ
雲丹の美味しさを底上げして鮪の脂がとけ
プチっしたキャビアの程よい塩味と磯の香りが広がり

・佐賀県産 アスパラガス
先から食べると余熱で尻尾に火が通ると
計算されたアスパラガス
とにかく太くて立派すぎる～。
・アスパラガス根本
長い時間をかけて揚げたそうで
さっき食べたアスパラガスとまた違う食感でした。
・キス
熟成しているのでひと手間かけてます。
・トマトご飯
土鍋で炊いた昆布と塩とお酒のみで味付けされた
鮮やかなトマトご飯
まずは一口そのまま頂いてから
エビやホタテとアスパラガスのかき揚げを崩してマゼマゼ
トマトの酸味がかき揚げの脂っぽさを中和して
食べやすい～。
2人で1.5合だそうで残ったらお土産でおにぎりにして
持たせてくれました。
1杯しか食べられないのがくやまれるー（涙）
・デザート
塩羊羹とお抹茶
羊羹の甘さに塩気がプラスされ口当たりの良さと
さっぱりとして食べやすい～。
とにかくお腹一杯～。
ひとつひとつ丁寧かつ食材や素材にこだわって
食べ方にも計算された絶品の天婦羅屋さん
店主の方も程よい距離感で接してくれて
居心地がとっても良かったです。
