私たちは、２０時３０からを予約しました
この日は、オペラ鑑賞後にタクシーで
お店まで移動し、１５分前にはお店に到着
予約時間までは、お店の外で待機し
数分前に、お店の方がご案内をしに来てくれました
こちらの、天麩羅みやしろさん、2階には
お鮨のお店 おにかい があり、どちらも人気店
ですが！初めて来る人は外観にびっくりして
素通りするくらいの廃虚の様な外観！
中に入ると、またびっくりするくらいに
新しくキレイでおしゃれ！
このギャップのインパクトがスゴい！

菜の花のお浸しと一緒にいただきました
もの凄く旨みとコクのあるはまぐりの出汁が

揚げたカシューナッツと甘い醤油で
絡めてあり、カシューナッツと鯛が
こんなに合うとは！！びっくりする美味しさでした
自家製お塩
このお塩がとにかく美味しい！！
２週間かけてお店で手作りしているとの事

美しく海老が立っていました
やはり最初は、自家製塩にてパクリ！
サクサク衣と海老の甘味がたまらなく美味しかったです♪
長野の７年目のアスパラ
もの凄く太くて立派なアスパラ
でも柔らかくてジューシー
穂先と根本の食感がまるで違う！
みやしろさんの素材のこだわりも
半端ないと感じました
鮑の肝の出汁で、鮑のしゃぶしゃぶ
ぐつぐつした肝スープの中に、生の鮑を
ひときれづつ、しゃぶしゃぶ
出汁に漬ける秒数で鮑の硬さが変わり
３枚ある鮑をそれぞれ違う秒数でしゃぶしゃぶし
コリコリ食感、柔らかい食感などで堪能しました
最後に、ご飯の天ぷらをスープに入れて
馬糞ウニを投入！ 鮑の肝のスープリゾット
としていただきました♪

見た目はキスの天ぷらみたいで
魚自体は、ほうぼうが小さくなったような

みやしろさんオリジナルの国産のキャビア
ねっとりとした、塩気の少ない濃厚なキャビアと
白海老がよく合って絶品でした！
京都の朝取りたけのこ
あく抜きせずに生のまま
筍のシャキシャキがしっかり残って
旨みのある素晴らしい筍天ぷらでした

さわらの中はまだレア
匠の技の揚げ方、
さわらってこんなに美味しかったっけ？と

三色トマトが乗った美しいご飯だけ
まずは一口
そのご飯の上に、大きなかき揚げを！
パリパリ言いながらご飯に混ぜていく
混ざったご飯を茶碗によそってくれました
残ったご飯は、おにぎりにして
お持ち帰りにしてくれました♪
もの凄く美味しいかき揚げ混ぜご飯で
翌日のおにぎりもスゴく美味しくいただきました
デザート
水羊羹とお抹茶
感動の時間でした！
