訪問する2週間ほど前にランチ予約。
駅から10分ほど歩いた閑静な住宅街にある隠れ家的なビストロレストラン。
店内にいた半数ほどの方が常連さんらしく、店員さんと仲良くお話されておりました。

こちらで食事をしてみたいと思ったのはテリーヌの美しさ。
やはりすばらしかったです。
ポリポリ、シャクシャク、それぞれの食材1つ1つに適した調理をされておりこんなに色々なお野菜を使っているのにどこをたべてもおいしい。
食材そのものに夢中になってしまいお皿に添えられたオリーブソースを使い忘れるとこでした。
お魚料理の”サーモンのミキュイ”は脂ののりが絶妙なレアレアサーモン。
調理の仕方もさることながらこの一皿全部が完璧においしすぎました。
お肉料理のイノシシのお肉を使用したハンバーグは臭みがまったくなくとっても肉々しい味わい。
脂身っぽい感じはほぼないのですが、かといってボソボソしてたり固いわけでもなく、むしろ牛肉とかよりクセがなく食べやすい。
初めて食べましたが”イノシシ肉”に好印象。
濃厚デミグラスソースとの相性もバッチリでした。
モンブランは濃厚ながら口あたりは滑らか。
しっかり栗を感じられ優しい甘さが食後の〆にちょうどよかった。
コーヒーとともにおいしくいただきました。
お腹パンパンになるほどの量ではないですが、お野菜をふんだんに使ってくれていて目で楽しめ、お魚もお肉も楽しめ、全体的にバランスの良いコース。
堅苦しい雰囲気のないお店なのでがっつりおしゃべりしながらおいしい食事が楽しめます。
