I love this restaurant because the wine and food are really delicious, and the chef is kind. I'm very particular about the sauce and ingredients, and I always end up drinking too much. Gourdebois means hangover in French, and you will be greeted by chefs wearing hangover T-shirts! The texture of the foie gras was very good. . .
