日本料理はやはり「出汁」と改めて思わせて頂きました。素材の味を引き出し、ひと手間、ふた手間かけたお料理でした。季節がら河豚と蟹がメインとなりましたが、春か秋にまた行きたいと思います。接客もホスピタリティあるサービスで良かったです。ごちそうさまでした。
