お客様とフレンドリーな接待。中目黒が地元のメンバーが此方の蛤鍋をお勧めで参りました。
店内はシックで落ち着いた雰囲気。天井はコンクリート打ちっぱなし。個室は上が開いていますが、会話が聞こえる様な事はありません。
乾杯は山崎があったのでハイボールで乾杯です。香り高く美味いです。確実に和食に合うウイスキーですね。
蛤のしゃぶしゃぶの前に出てきた、からすみ蕎麦が中々です。そば自体の風味、乾麺だとは思いますが茹で加減、締め加減が絶妙。からすみの香り、塩気に負けていない。こういうシンプルな物を丁寧に作れるのは良いです。
勿論しゃぶしゃぶの蛤も良いのですが、これは昆布だしを取り、しゃぶしゃぶすれば再現可能。お値段がお安いコース(5000円税込)だったので蛤も小ぶり。出汁が美味ければ、締めの雑炊も美味い。
日本酒が進み過ぎて、シンツチダの純米辛口気に入りました。4人で40000円程になりましたが大満足です。
