本日はこちらへ友人と…。
1軒目が思ったより不発に終わったので、近場にあってBMしていたこのお店に伺ってみました。予約はせず、平日20時前に訪問、そのままカウンターへ。既にお腹もある程度膨れていたので、軽くオーダーしました。
ドリンクはワインをグラスで…。それぞれオレンジワインを異なる種類でお願い。
・【お通し 】とうもろこしの冷製ポタージュ
→甘みの強いとうもろこし、素材の美味しさを活かした、今だけの冷製ポタージュ。
・赤海老とアスパラガスのカルパッチョ トマトのジュレ 1,700円/税込
→プリプリの赤海老にフレッシュなアスパラガスをカルパッチョでさっぱりと…。トマトのジュレが夏らしくて良いですね〜！ほのかな酸味と旨みが相性抜群です。
・ハモとカリフラワーのフリット カラスミがけ 2,000円/税込
→カリッホクッと仕上がったハモとカリフラワー。このままでも勿論美味しいけれど、カラスミの濃厚な塩気が非常に合う。ワインと進んでしまいますね。
・北海道浦幌町産 白花豆のモンブラン 700円/税込
→オーダー後に作る自家製モンブラン。北海道浦幌町産の白花豆を使用したモンブランは、まったりとした口当たりと甘過ぎない優しい味わいで、満腹でもペロリと平らげることが出来ました。モンブランはかなりオススメです。
・ホットコーヒー 700円/税込
→こちらは普通のホットコーヒーですね。夏場だけでもアイスコーヒーの用意はしてほしいな〜。

お洒落な空間、デートに持ってこいだと思います。日によってオススメも変わるみたいなので、また寄ってみます。
