Our Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) uses `` Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) specialty'' local chicken ``Shoujidori'', which is raised using a unique breeding method! Each skewer Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is carefully grilled over charcoal, making it a specialty dish full of flavor and juicy meat.Since we purchase whole chickens and prepare them, you can enjoy rare parts that can only be served fresh.

It is common to use 1-ton class horses that are 24 months old for horse sashimi, but at our shop we use ponies from Tsukuda Farm in Kagoshima Prefecture that are over 36 months old. The meat, which has been raised for 1.5 times the normal time and time, has a fine texture and an elegant taste.It is a rare item in Tokyo, as it is not sold on the general market! The rich flavor with little odor goes perfectly with beer, shochu, sake, and wine. Once you try it, you'll be addicted to it. Please enjoy it at our store.
