The other day, I visited a dakkanmari specialty store where you can enjoy authentic Korean food, located about a 4-minute walk from Nakameguro Station.The shop's shiny, conspicuous signboard is very easy to understand, and the interior is decorated with neon lights here and there. The restaurant's signature dish, Takanmari, is a course that includes all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink! You can choose white or red for dakkanmari, but since I like spicy food, I chose red.✨ The takkanmari here uses homemade soup without any additives or chemical seasonings, and also contains collagen. It's plentiful and very healthy.The pot that came out contained a whole chicken along with plenty of vegetables! ! This is exciting. The staff cooks the whole chicken by turning on the fire and cutting it, and just when you think you're ready to eat it, you taste the soup for the first time ☺️ It's so refreshing and delicious! To make the sauce for eating the takkanmari, mix the soy sauce and vinegar on the table in a 2:1 ratio, and add a generous amount of mustard. Leaves just the right amount! Then, I added sesame oil and chives until they were completely submerged.You can also use chili peppers, ginger, and garlic for different tastes, so you can enjoy a variety of seasonings! It's not too spicy and the soup has just the right amount of chili pepper, which makes it so delicious ☺️ The hearty flavor of the chicken, the refreshing green onions and enoki mushrooms, the steamy potatoes, and the chewy tteokbokki all exist in a well-balanced manner that makes your chopsticks go smoothly. Masu! At the end of the meal, we tasted the soup again and compared it. ✨ The soup was rich, rich, and full of flavor, and was even more delicious than the first time. To finish off the meal, we had rice porridge ✨ We seasoned it with egg for a mellow taste. The spiciness of the soup and the rice are delicious. ☺️ You can add green onions, sesame seeds, and seaweed to your liking. ✨ Dakkanmari is also delicious, but they also have a variety of Korean-style drinks. "Bio Makgeolli" has a refreshing taste and is so easy to drink that you can drink it as many times as you want!
