Our pride and joy is our course that uses plenty of "Satsumae Jidori" chicken, which is extremely rare. It has a fluffy texture and a strong flavor when cooked. You can enjoy a variety of dishes such as yakitori and tataki. The menu changes depending on the season and what we have in stock, so you can enjoy the seasonal flavors that are unique to that time of year. We also have additional skewers available, so please order as you like. We also pay attention to the plates, using pottery and antiques by artists. The Chef's Choice 6 Skewers Set, which includes five skewers of yakitori and one type of vegetable, is a reasonable 3,300 yen.
