平日のお昼です。
二日連続で松花堂弁当を食す機会が有りました。
歴史ある割烹なんでしょうね。奥に広く、靴を脱いでお座敷に上がります。ちょっとした会合や法事、お祝いの席などに使われているのだと思います。
団体様ご一行だったので、料理は作り置きでした。マグロの刺身に切ったレモンがくっ付いているのですが、その部分が白く酢締めのようになっていたり、天ぷらも冷めていました。まぁこれは仕方ないですね。普通に入店していれば、温かいものは温かく、冷たいものは冷たくサーブされるものだと思います。
二日目はさすがに内容が変わっていました。
茶碗蒸しや、白身魚の焼き物など、さすが割烹と思わせるものもありました。
真価は夜の一品料理かな。
