武蔵小山駅から目黒通り方面に向かって住宅街を歩くこと10分。
平和通り商店街という地味な商店街にある人気のピッツァリア。
お店は手前にテーブル、奥に厨房、厨房には赤くて大きなピザ窯。
ブラウンを基調としていて、落ち着いた雰囲気。
20種類のピッツァから選んだのは、マルゲリータとジャポネーゼ。
これには前菜とドリンクバーのセットをつけて。
注文を終えると、「カットしてお持ちしますか、それともそのままお持ちしますか？」と聞かれる。
このようなことを聞かれたことがないので、戸惑いながらも「カットしてください」とお願い。
後からメニューを拝見すると、カットしないで提供するのがこちらのこだわりらしい。
ドリンクバーは厨房前のカウンターに。
アイスコーヒー、アイスティー、フルーツジュースなど約10種。
前菜。
鯛のカルパッチョ、フリッタータ、ブロッコリーのアンチョビソースなど７種。
こんなにたくさんあるとは想定外。
嬉しくて、どれからいただこうかワクワク。
一品ずつしっかり仕込まれていて美味。

直径30cmはある。
運ばれた瞬間、小麦のいい香りが鼻をくすぐる。
薄い生地はやわらかくモッチモチ。
塩気が程よく、久しぶりに生地が美味しいピッツァに出会う。
その生地の上にはトマトソース、チーズ、バジル。
トマトソースは酸味が控えめの薄め。
チーズは細かく全体に散らしてある。
具材は全体的にあっさりとした味わい。
だからこそ、具材より生地の味が印象的。
生地主役のピッツァ。
美味しい！
ジャポネーゼ。
外はカリッと中はモチっ。
こちらも生地が美味しい。
生地の上には、塩ダレを纏った豚バラ肉と青ネギ、モッツァレラ。
この生地、和の素材にも合う。
絶妙な塩気の豚肉はやわらかく、そこに青ネギの風味と甘み。
黒胡椒が全体を引き締める。
これらが生地の美味しさを一層際立たせる。
この美味しさ、他では味わえないのでは。
随所にごこだわりを感じるラロッサさん。
