週末のランチで伺いました。
緑が丘のちゃんこ芝松の系列店かと思っていたのですが、HPではまるで別のお店のように見えます。
大人の事情があるのかもしれないので、聞けませんでしたが…。(笑

前置きはともかく、今回は
・さんま塩焼き ちゃんこ椀セット 1000円 (税込)
を頂きました。
芝松といえば、カニクリームコロッケのイメージでしたが、飲み続きなのでヘルシーな方に。
こちらのお店はできて1年くらいなのですが、清潔ですね。
最初にサワーサイズのお茶が出てくるのでなんだか嬉しくなりました。
しばらく待って出てきたさんまは良い焼き色がついています。
小鉢、漬物もついてありますが、ちゃんこ椀と合わせて結構なボリュームでした。
さんまは見たまま良い火加減。
秋をしっかり感じることができました。
ちゃんこ椀は、しっかりとした味のダシにコシの強いうどん、つくね、鳥肉、白菜、だいこん、きのこなど。
このコシの強いうどんがなかなかクセになりました。
ゆっくり食べてある間にもお客さんが途切れず、ランチも人気店になっているようです。
とはいえ、どうも2015年10月から夜だけになるようです。
他のランチも楽しみたかったのでちょっと残念ですが、今度は夜も伺いたいと思います。
