代々木上原のオシャレビストロGRIS（現Sio）から独立されたシェフのお店。
こんな場所に！という、都立大学駅の線路側、年季の入ったビルの2階にお店があります。
ビルの年季がいい具合にアレンジされて、店内はとってもお洒落！
予約をしないでお店に向かい、すんなり入れましたが、満席の様子で賑わっていました。
ランチ 2800円のコース。

優しい出汁が体に染み込む〜

トロトロに煮込まれて、ハトムギの食感もあって楽しい。

ホワイトチョコはまったりと。
