不要不急な外出シリーズ。
前日夜にインスタでメッセージしたら、深夜にメッセージきてご案内できますとのこと、翌日訪問してみました。
結局その時間帯はわたしを含めて3組の客しかなく予約しなくて大丈夫だと思います。コロナ前はどうかな？
ランチは¥2800税抜のコース。自然派ワインとともに。
今回は魚のメインにすると決めてフランスの白ワインにしました。とてもキレのいい飲み口で、メインの鮎と相性よかったです。
スープはおいしい！冷製焼きとうもろこしのスープでそれだけでもおいしが、なんとカカオニブのトッピングをされて、さくさくの食感とほろ苦さはアクセントで絶妙。
メインは、旬の鮎で、丸ごと食べられ、焼いたインゲンと甘くホクホクのインカのねざめと。ソースはヨーグルトの入れたさっぱり系。
デザートは少しパンチのきいた甘甘系のクリームキャラメルにして、今風の固めのプリン(卵黄だけ使っているからだそう)はしっかり満足感えられます。
とても落ち着いてゆったり時間の過ごせたランチでした。
