木のテーブルとシンプルな食器、なかなか雰囲気のあるビストロです。
ランチに二人で訪問。
・玉ねぎとジャガイモのスープ
シンプルでしみじみ美味しいスープ。
・サクラマスのサラダ
プチベールとオレンジ、チーズのサラダに
トロッと食感のミキュイのサクラマスが乗っています。
これは美味しい!
・パテドカンパーニュ
本場フランスのビストロで出てきそうなパテ。
旨いですね!
・鶏肉のグリエ 大豆フムスのソース
ふわっと柔らかく火入れされた鶏肉は絶品。
黄色人参とのびるの付け合わせもいい。
プレゼンテーションもビストロっぽくていい感じ。
・白身魚のポワレ
ふわふわの身とシャキシャキの野菜のコントラストがいい。
ココナッツソースとあったがあまりココナッツ感が無かった。
・バスクチーズケーキ
普段チーズケーキはあまり食べないのだが
これは甘さ控えめで抜群に旨かった。
・プリン
見た目からしてもう旨い。
カラメルの苦味と大人の甘さ。
やや硬めのプリンは絶品でした。
シンプルで繊細な料理
期待していた以上に美味しかったのでびっくりでした。
