体に良い食事をしたいと話していて、友達が見つけてくれたお店です。
カウンター席、ソファ席、テーブル席がとても広い空間に配置されていて海外っぽい感じ。カジュアルな雰囲気で食事をするのも、ラップトップを持ってひとりでお茶するのもOKな雰囲気です。
低糖質＆低脂肪な料理があるおしゃれなカフェレストラン。お手製のパンも糖質を抑えて作られていて、添加物フリーの食材を使うなど、こだわりが強いメニューばかりでした！
注文したのは、グラフェットビーフステーキ。サイドに産直野菜かポテトフライが選べたので、産直野菜にしました。
脂分が多いお肉が苦手なのですが、このビーフはお肉を食べてる満足感があるものの重たさがなく、とても食べやすかったです。
モチモチおいしいパン、メイン、ボリュームいっぱいの新鮮なサラダが食べられてので、1600円は妥当かな？
健康的で美味しいランチができて良かったです。
