都立大学駅から徒歩1分ちょっと。
目黒通りを渡ったところにあるとても良い立地にあるカフェダイニングです。
お店は、とても空間を広く取っておりのんびりと過ごせます。
またテラス席、ソファー席、カウンターなど様々な席種を用意しており用途に応じて利用できるようになっています。
店内はWi-Fiがあり、大きなカウンターには電源もあるのでノマドの人にも最適。
メニューを見るとこだわった食材を使用。
シェフは25年ホテル料理人ということです。
牛肉はアメリカ産グラスフェッドビーフ、野菜や三浦野菜、コーヒーはニュージーランド産などなど。
今回はちょうどランチタイムだったので、日替わりワンプレートランチのハンバーグ、ドリンク、スープをいただきました！
スープはオニオンスープ。
玉ねぎたっぷりで丁寧に調理されており、これが300円はお得！
アイスコーヒーは酸味が少なくバランスの良いコーヒー。
ハンバーグのワンプレートは、結構なボリューム感。
サラダ、雑穀米、ハンバーグとグリル野菜。
ハンバーグが結構特徴的で俵型で肉が詰まった硬めの肉肉しいハンバーグです。
今風な柔らかさやジューシーとは対極的ですが肉を固めた感ありました！
赤ワインのきいたデミグラスソースとの相性が良いですね。
スタッフさんも気さくで丁寧ですし、こののんびりできる雰囲気で、仕事もしやすいので、また気軽に利用したいお店だと思いました。
ここらへん通し営業で利用できるカフェダイニングはないので重宝しそうです。
