The owner himself goes to Toyosu Market every day to buy ingredients. In addition, our commitment to ingredients is second to none, with carefully selected vegetables procured from farmers all over the country, and rice from Uonuma-produced Koshihikari rice, the rare Osawa rice. We are conscious of a simple style that makes the most of the ingredients so that it can be enjoyed by a wide range of people as ``familiar Japanese Japanese-style meal.'' Enjoy to your heart's content the unique cuisine of each season, including seasonal vegetables and seasonal seafood.

At our restaurant, we always stock about 10 types of sake carefully selected by the owner to make our dishes even more delicious. Please enjoy the pairing with the owner's dishes. There is no list as sake is also seasonal and changes frequently to match the changing seasons. Please enjoy delicious seasonal drinks ordered from all over the country. We Other offer a variety of shochu, wine, whiskey, and plum wine.

The only menu available is the ``Omakase Course'', and reservations are required. We use plenty of seasonal ingredients and offer kaiseki-style meals, from appetizers to sweets. Particularly popular is the famous Gohobako, a set of five items arranged in an ornate Small dish. Lunch is only a 7-course 5,000 yen course. Dinner offers 3 types of courses ranging from 8,000 yen to 12,000 yen. We Other offer special courses tailored to expensive ingredients or celebrations, so please feel free to contact us.

In the center of the store, there are counter seats made of cypress wood that is nearly 4 meters long and eye-catching. Designed by the owner's older brother, a shrine carpenter in Kamakura, these stately counter seats create a comfortable space that takes advantage of the warmth of wood. There are also 2 private rooms that can accommodate 6 people. By removing the central partition, it can accommodate up to 12 people. Perfect for anniversaries, celebrations, entertaining, and other occasions where you want to have a sense of privacy.
We are currently accepting reservations for May and June. Availability and holiday schedules are posted on Instagram.
