I'm having lunch here alone. Since I was alone, I went to the counter on the first floor. It looks like there are table seats on the second floor. I didn't recognize the store at first and passed by it. On this day, there were two staff members at the counter and one staff member in the hall. The two people at the counter were quietly working on their food. The staff at the hall were kind and willing to help us with questions about wine. Swedish Turnip This is a potage of that. The deer is made into jerky and used as deer flakes, and the foam is the whey used to make ricotta. I was surprised as I had never eaten this before, but it was delicious. The next dish seems to be paella. The paprika sauce, salad-like black rice, tartivo, and rice octopus all come together to create a complete dish in your mouth. Homemade ricotta is used here. A cabbage roll-like dish with mackerel marinated in tomato koji and sauerkraut. The sauce made with soup de poisson and saffron is beautiful and delicious. Meat Dishes is charcoal-grilled Australian lamb back loin. Chickpea hummus, parsley oil, rape blossoms, and plum for juju. Dessert is praline chocolate mousse, fukinoto ice cream fukinoto chips, and strawberry meringue. This combination is also interesting. We also had herbal tea. Each one is quite elaborate. There were many interesting combinations, and I felt like I had to mix them several times to complete them in my mouth. Everything was very good, so I would like to visit again.
