前々からずーーっと気になりつつ、ようやくの訪問叶った7月頭。
お初だったのもあり、事前にオーナーさんとメッセージやり取りのうえ、コース仕立でお願いしました。
ちゃんとその時の会話を拾ってくださっていて、「もしかしたらペアリングで行かれるかなーと思い（一応シェフがお酒も組み立てます！）」と素敵な一言。
もちろん、コース＆ペアリングでお願いしました。
丁寧な料理に、自然派ワインながら上手にクセを捉えたペアリング。お見事！
あまり甘味を頂かない旨もお話ししていたからか、デザートまたはチーズ盛り合わせを選べるという神チョイス
すべて期待以上で大満足の夜となりました。
