前から来たかったお店です。
入店すると店内からとても良い活気を感じとれ、人気のビストロと言うことがすぐわかります。
いただいた料理は、
・ルッコラと生ハムのサラダ
・長芋のグリル
香ばしい長芋が歯応えも良く抜群に美味しい。
・牡蠣のグラタン
牡蠣の旨みと熱々のベシャメルソース。
美味しくないわけがない。
・鰤のコンフィ
思ったよりさっぱりとした美味しさです。
野菜や舞茸と良くマッチしています。
・いくらの冷製カッペリーニ
このお店の看板メニューですね。
濃厚な美味しさの料理の後に、
この爽やかな美味しさ。
これ以外の〆は考えられません。
どの料理も美味しかった(^^)
お店の雰囲気も良く、友人との話も弾んでとても楽しい食事だった。
