ランチセット＋スパークリングで3,000円くらい。
休日の11時でも結構席は埋まってます。
いくらと明太子のカッペリーニなんて絶対美味しいのは
わかっているのに、それを上回ってきました。
久しぶりに感動しました。笑
まず店員さんがランチメニューの説明してくださるし、
荷物かごにカバーをかけてくださる優しさ！
おひとり様にはありがたいカウンター席だし、
カウンター席からガラス越しにキッチンがみえるので
壁と向かい合って黙々と食事……
という感じにならなくてありがたい！
前菜でミネストローネとサラダ。
ミネストローネの甘みは大根なのかな？
にんじん・大根・ベーコンが揃えた大きさで
角切りになっていて食べやすい〜
サラダの葉物が肉厚なのもにっこり。
さらにはバケットがあたたかい！ほどよいカリッと感！
丁寧さを感じるとたまらなく嬉しくなりますね。
そしてカッペリーニ。
やっぱり、すごーい！と声が漏れてしまいますね。
もはやいくら丼並み！ないくらの量！
こんなにいくらが乗っていて大丈夫かしら。
既にカッペリーニの和えてある明太子もかなり入ってそう！
一瞬胃袋の心配をしたものの、
全然重くなくてスルスル食べられちゃう。
細麺に会いやすいように
もみ海苔と刻み海苔を混ぜているところとか
いくらもあえて小粒を選んでたりして？
フォークで巻いたときなきちんといくらが
絡んでくれるところがうれしいね。
注文したスパークリングの存在を忘れるほどに
夢中で食べ続けてしまいました。
おさらを下げてくださるタイミングも素敵。
おかわりしたいくらいだし、
夜も1人でサクッと飲みながら食べにこられそう
さすが、吉田羊さんおすすめのヒツジメシなだけあります。
