白金豚と短角牛のハンバーグをいただきました。美味しかったです。
ハンバーグって切った時に肉汁があふれ出るとか出ないとかいうんですが、あんまり出てしまうと旨みが一緒に流れ出ると思うんですよね。こちらのハンバーグはしっかりお肉が詰まってて、あんまり肉汁が流れ出ず、最後までジューシーなお肉の旨みを堪能できました。
あとスープにベーコンがたくさん入ってて驚きでした。パスタとかを頼まれる方のためのタンパク質補給にはいいかもですね。
お店の方も丁寧だったのですが、常連さんを大事にされている感じで、初めての1人だとゆっくりはできない雰囲気でした。2人以上で行かれる方が良いかと思います。
